Judy Koesel was a friend to and inspiration for Spokane County 4-H youth and adults. She served on the Deer Park Fair Association Board for many years and was the current Secretary/Treasurer of the Fair at Clayton. Judy served as the Superintendent of Clothing/Sewing at the Deer Park and Clayton Fair for many years and also worked in that same department at the Spokane County Interstate Fair. Judy was named a Spokane County Outstanding 4-H Volunteer in 1995, and was honored as the Washington State 4-H Volunteer of the Year in 2002. Through her many years of volunteer work Judy Koesel positively affected thousands of youth and adults in Spokane County, serving as a true model of how to make the best better. She will live in our memories leaving many happy thoughts and good times.
